Kim and Michelle

“Who chooses the song for the onsite?”

This is a frequently asked question we encounter from our clients. Not
surprisingly because the soundtrack has a significant impact to a wedding video.
There are two schools of thought regarding this. There are those who think that
it’s better to give the videographer free reign in choosing the soundtrack,
believing that allowing total artistic freedom would result to an excellent end
product. Then there are those who choose to supply their own song,
believing that a video using their song would touch them the most.
Kim and Michelle are from the latter school of thought.

With both being ultra-kindhearted and always beaming with infectious smiles,
we expected either a light & bubbly song or a romantic ballad from
Kim and Michelle. Imagine our reaction when then they told us their
chosen song… ‘Til Death Do Us Part by White Lion. :-)

Don’t get us wrong, it’s a great song. Its lyrics actually fit the wedding
experience perfectly. We were just so surprised because its an unorthodox
choice of a song. I even jokingly told the couple,
“sa videoke ko lang nakakanta etong kantang to ah.”
To which we had a big laugh. :-D

So here it is, Kim and Michelle’s glam-rock driven onsite video.

Rock on! :-)
