They first met when they were just kids…
The priest started his preaching with Luke and Riza’s love story… dating way back when they were just nine and four years old, respectively. Yes, the preaching was that personal, incorporating bits and pieces of the couple’s journey from a kiddie pool to Luke’s grandparents’ house to hundreds of feet over the Boracay shore. It’s really different whenever the priest personally knows the couple to be wed… and that’s a good thing.
Having just heard an interesting preaching, I decided to expand the couple’s onsite video from simply telling the story of the wedding day to telling Luke and Riza’s whole love story.
Maybe the combination of a touching story, an emotional exchange of vows and a moving soundtrack was too much for the guests as they were all left speechless and in tears after the viewing of the onsite. I guess, that’s another good thing.

By the way, if you think the priest looks familiar, well, he should. He’s the same priest on Lyle and Rea’s wedding, a client of ours last December. Riza was the sister I was pertaining to on that blog post.
