John and Jaja claim that they are complete opposites. An introvert and an extrovert.
A thinker and a feeler. But like opposing poles on a magnet, their differences did not
cause them to repel but instead it led them to be attracted to one another.
After a two year engagement, John and Jaja finally got married on their own parish
church. It’s the very same church where they first met and where they were both
choir members. Since they’re also part-time wedding coordinators, they took care
of every detail of their wedding. They were both active in planning with John
managing the finances and logistics and Jaja attending to the design details…
including the d-i-y bridal gown (Jaja’s a designer, btw :-)), accessories and invites.
Their family and friends got into it also by contributing labors of love and gifts in other
aspects of the wedding. You see, the longer we got to know John and Jaja, the more
we realize that, yes, they were different but they were also very the same.
