Ervin and Michelle are culinary school classmates.  Opposite in a lot of ways further compounded by their distance apart but, in their own words, “our love for food, shopping, movies and traveling kept us bonded.”  That kept them together amidst the ups and downs of any relationship until they finally realized God’s plan for them.  Then, in a small island in Palawan, over a romantic dinner, they got engaged… which led to their joyour wedding day. :-)
